Maya owns our 30-day retention tracking framework. Before joining Howsociable she spent three years analyzing audience-growth data at a creator-economy analytics firm. She's responsible for the five-category scoring rubric (quality 30%, speed 20%, retention 25%, support 15%, pricing 10%) and for the weekly snapshots we take on every active order.
