That framing matters, because the useful part of a Reel view is the watch behind it, not the counter. The 97% retention we measured for this vendor was on Instagram followers in our 30-day pilot, not on views, so treat its view retention as advertised rather than proven.

What to check before you buy Instagram views
Views are the cheapest engagement to buy, which is exactly why they're the easiest to buy badly. On Reels especially, a view is only useful if it looks like a real watch. These four checks decide which.
A view without watch time is just a counter
Instagram counts a Reel view quickly, but the algorithm cares about watch time and completion, not the raw view number. Bought views that register and instantly bounce add to the counter without adding the retention signal that actually decides whether a Reel gets pushed to the Explore and Reels feeds. That's the difference between a view that helps and one that just inflates a number.
Before buying, ask how views are delivered. Whether a bought view carries any playback time is the vendor's claim in every case here; we have not timed a single view on any of these services. A provider that can only deliver instant counter-increments is selling you the number, not the signal.
The view-to-engagement ratio that looks off
A Reel with 200,000 views and 11 likes tells the algorithm and any viewer the same thing: those views didn't come from people who cared. Real views from interested viewers produce a baseline of likes, saves, and shares; bought views that bounce produce none, so the ratio collapses and the Reel looks padded.
Keep purchased views proportional to the engagement your content normally earns. A view boost that lifts a Reel from 2,000 to 20,000 views with a believable like count reads as a post catching on; a six-figure view count with single-digit likes reads as bought.
Reels vs. Stories vs. video: match the view type
Instagram surfaces Reels, Story views, and feed-video views through different systems, and they're not interchangeable. Reels views feed the discovery engine that can put your content in front of non-followers; Story views are a closed-audience metric that signals reach to your existing followers but doesn't drive discovery.
Buy the view type that matches your goal. If the aim is discovery, Reels views are the lever; if it's social proof on a launch Story, Story views are. Not every provider here names the format: the FAQ below records which vendors sell Reels views explicitly and which sell video views that cover Reels without naming them, so match the product to what you're trying to move. Retention guarantees and the post-purchase drop
Some bought views are stripped when Instagram cleans up inauthentic activity, so a view count can dip after a purchase. A refill guarantee only helps if its window covers that cleanup and triggers without a fight. Check the terms before you buy.

Delisted three of the nine services previously ranked here, after opening each vendor's live site: StormLikes (previously #4, and awarded "Best Value" at $0.89) sells nothing at all — stormlikes.net is now an editorial research site with no cart, no prices and no checkout, so both the price and the value award were unbuyable; Kicksta (previously #5, "Best for Targeted Views") is a follower-growth subscription whose own site does not mention views once, so it cannot deliver the product this page is about; Media Mister (previously #9) has exited Instagram entirely — every Instagram URL on mediamister.com now redirects to its homepage, which no longer mentions Instagram anywhere. We also removed the claim that we had checked StormLikes' and Famoid's checkouts first-hand: only our five piloted services were ever bought from, and neither is one of them.
Seven entry prices corrected at live checkouts; Viralyft added; meta count fixed
Re-read every remaining vendor's entry price off its live checkout and corrected all seven. Likes.io is $0.59 for 500 views (we showed $1.29), Buzzoid $2.49 (we showed $1.27), Twicsy $4.99 (we showed $1.49), Goread.io $0.95 (we showed $0.99), Famoid $2.95 (we showed $1.59). Blastup's $1.79 was already correct. Added Viralyft, which sells Instagram views in two explicitly Reel-labelled quality tiers. Corrected the meta description, which advertised "10 Instagram views services" on a page that listed nine.
Three FAQ answers corrected: enforcement claim, Story-view sellers, Kicksta citation
Corrected three FAQ answers. One claimed Instagram "does not penalize accounts for receiving views from external sources", stated as fact about enforcement no outsider can observe, on a page that earns commission on those purchases. One named Likes.io, Famoid and Twicsy as Instagram Story-view sellers, which contradicts our own fact-checked Story views page and Buzzoid's published position that it does not sell Story views at all. Is it safe to buy Instagram views?
Nobody outside Instagram can promise you it is safe, and you should be wary of any page that does. Buying engagement is against Instagram's terms of service, so the honest answer is that there is always some risk. What you can control: the services on this list never ask for your password, so a purchase cannot hand over account access, and they take payment through normal processors. The practical risk is usually a wasted purchase rather than a ban, because bought views that bounce immediately add a number without adding the watch time the algorithm actually reads. Start with the smallest package and see what happens on one post before spending more.

Delivery speed is vendor-advertised rather than something we timed on views, so treat these as claims. Twicsy deliberately spreads delivery over roughly 6 to 12 hours, arguing a gradual curve looks less bought than a spike. Viralyft advertises 5-30 minutes; Famoid's advertised 6-24 hour window is the longest on this page, longer than Twicsy's. For a new Reel, the first hour is the window that matters most, so a slow-delivering service is a poor fit for a launch push.

These are the vendors' terms, not tests of ours: no Instagram views order was part of our pilot, so we have not watched any of these services refill or refund anything.

Can I buy views for Instagram Stories from these services?
Mostly no, and this is where a lot of roundups get it wrong. Story views are a different product from Reels or feed-video views, and most view sellers do not offer them. What is the difference between Reel views, Story views and feed-video views?
They are three different metrics that travel through different parts of Instagram, and they are not interchangeable. Reel views feed the discovery engine that can put your video in front of people who do not follow you, which is why they are the ones worth buying if the goal is reach. Story views are a closed-audience number: only your followers and anyone you have shared with can see a Story, so the count is social proof to people who already follow you rather than a discovery lever. Feed-video views sit on video posts in the main feed and carry less algorithmic weight than Reels. Buy the one that matches your goal, and check that the vendor sells that exact format.
