    buycheapestfollowers

    • Starts within minutes, paced over hours (advertised) from checkout to delivery
    • 30-day refill if numbers drop
    • Widest verified ladder here — 28 listed packages from 10 saves to 100,000 — so a first order can cost under a dollar
    • Second-cheapest verified 1,000-save price on this list at $4.99, behind only SocialPlug's $2.90
buycheapestfollowers runs the most readable TikTok saves product of the four: a grid of 28 packages priced on the page itself. When we read it on September 4, 2026, 10 saves cost $0.19, 100 cost $0.99, 1,000 cost $4.99, 10,000 cost $49.99 and 100,000 cost $399.99 — the second-cheapest per 1,000 here, and the cheapest first order on this list at $0.19. Its remedy is also the plainest in writing: a 30-day refill under which, "If your save count drops for any reason during that period, we replace the difference at no additional cost," and it asks for nothing but the video URL: "We will never ask for your password, login credentials, or any account access." Weigh its copy separately from its prices. The page asserts that "TikTok schedules a re-show of that video back to them in future sessions" and that saves rank second in a "2025 signal hierarchy," attributed to "creators and analysts" and "recent platform data" with no TikTok source linked, and its FAQ says nobody, user or platform, can distinguish bought saves from organic ones — a claim TikTok's own policy, read August 22, 2026, contradicts by promising to "remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals." And the mechanism it sells depends on the saver coming back, which is precisely what a paid save does not include.

  2. 02Best Price per 1,000 Saves

    SocialPlug

    • Starts shortly after payment (advertised) from checkout to delivery
    • 7-day refill if numbers drop
    • Cheapest verified price at every tier we read: $2.90 per 1,000 against $4.99 at buycheapestfollowers, $5.79 at viplikes and $9.00 at Media Mister
    • Largest package ceiling here — 500,000 saves in the panel checkout
SocialPlug is the price leader by a wide margin. Its product page only shows a headline rate, "Starting from $0.009 / Save," so we read the ladder in its panel checkout on September 4, 2026: 100 saves for $0.95, 1,000 for $2.90, 10,000 for $24.00 and 100,000 for $210.00, with tiers listed all the way to 500,000 — cheaper than every other ranked vendor at every quantity we compared, and the largest ceiling here, even though the product page itself says "Order up to 100k saves." Ordering needs no signup or login, and the page lists card and crypto payments. The reason it is not first is the remedy gap: the product page publishes no refill window at all ("we will work with you to resolve the problem"), and the site's own terms allow a refill only when a drop exceeds 25% of the amount purchased and only within 7 days of the order, with refunds "only if we have not yet fulfilled your order." Two more things from its own pages: the hero sells "Auto GEO-targeted saves" while the FAQ says demographic targeting "is not available with this service," and a lorem-ipsum placeholder review was sitting in its reviews block on the day we read it. Its panel's line that "platforms can't detect any unusual activity" is the vendor's claim; TikTok's policy, read August 22, 2026, says inflated signals it detects get removed.

  3. 03Best for Bulk Orders and Order Tracking

    viplikes

    • Starts after purchase; 50K-100K per day (advertised) from checkout to delivery
    • 30-day refill if numbers drop
    • Cheapest verified 100,000-save price after SocialPlug: $229.99, against $399.99 at buycheapestfollowers
    • The clearest public-video rule on this list, printed in its FAQ: the video "must be public when you place the order and remain public until the order is fully completed"
viplikes sells TikTok saves on an eleven-step ladder that, when we read it on September 4, 2026, ran from 50 saves for $0.59 through 100 for $0.99, 500 for $3.79, 1,000 for $5.79, 10,000 for $42.99 and 50,000 for $144.99 to 100,000 for $229.99 — mid-pack per 1,000, but the cheapest six-figure package after SocialPlug's. What sets it apart is administration: a customer dashboard showing "the starting count, delivered and remaining quantity, delivery progress, and current status," a bulk-orders feature for splitting saves across videos, and the plainest public-video rule here, "must be public when you place the order and remain public until the order is fully completed." Its remedy needs three readings. The product FAQ says a refill "may be possible … but each case is reviewed individually"; its site terms, read the same day, answer a general question about drops with "After 30 days drops should stop, that is why we have a 30 days drop guarantee"; and the same terms' warranty clause names the services it covers — "Instagram followers, Instagram likes" — without mentioning TikTok. Nothing viplikes publishes promises a TikTok-saves refill outright. Its refund policy is narrow — a full refund only if the order was not started in the stated time or not delivered at all, and none once an order is queued — and its "50K-100K saves per day" pace sits beside a policy line that actual speed "may differ from the one mentioned on the website." To its credit, the product page makes no safety promise whatsoever, and its FAQ is candid that "Our system does not verify ownership."

  4. 04Best Written Remedies

    Media Mister

    • 1-2 days for 100; 1-3 days for 1,000; 9-12 days for 50,000 (advertised) from checkout to delivery
    • 60-day refill if numbers drop
    • A monthly subscription at $8.10 for 1,000 saves against the $9.00 one-time price, cancellable per its page
    • A custom-quantity option beyond the nine listed packages, and a Nigeria audience option no other ranked vendor offers for saves
Media Mister has the best paperwork on this list and the worst prices. Its remedies are the longest in writing: "Free Refills for 60 Days" under which, "If there is any drop, our system restores it," plus a "full refund guarantee valid for 30 days" that applies "if the order is not delivered." Its order form prints a delivery window beside every quantity — 100 saves at 1-2 days, 1,000 at 1-3, 10,000 at 4-6, 50,000 at 9-12 — offers a Worldwide or Nigeria audience, a custom quantity, and a monthly subscription ("Just $8.10/month" for 1,000 saves, "Cancel anytime"), and it asks for no login credentials. Then the prices: when we selected quantities on September 4, 2026, 100 saves cost $2.00, 1,000 cost $9.00, 10,000 cost $60.00 and 50,000 cost $278.00 — about three times SocialPlug's $2.90 per 1,000 and nearly double buycheapestfollowers' $4.99 — and its ceiling of 50,000 per order is the lowest here. Its "100% Safe" title and its FAQ's "no risk involved whatsoever" are the vendor's claims; TikTok's own policy, read August 22, 2026, says it does not allow "the trade of services that artificially boost engagement or trick the recommendation system." If you value a 60-day refill over price, this is the page for it; if you value price, it is the last of the four.

Buyer’s guide

What to look for when buying TikTok saves

Six criteria separate a service worth your money from one that will damage your TikTok account. Use this checklist before checkout — and hold every service ranked above to it too.

  1. 01

Know what a save is before you pay for one

A save is a viewer bookmarking your video so they can come back to it, and every ranked vendor sells it on that premise: SocialPlug's page says "When someone bookmarks your video, TikTok sees it as a strong signal," buycheapestfollowers calls it a "delayed intent" signal, and Media Mister says a save is "a signal that your content is worth coming back to." A bought save comes from an account that has no reason to come back. Whatever the algorithm does with a real bookmark, the revisit that gives a save its meaning is not part of any package on this page.

  2. 02

Check where the number shows before you buy it

We could not open TikTok's own help pages from our machine on September 4, 2026, so we will not describe its interface from memory. buycheapestfollowers' FAQ says the save count "is publicly visible on every TikTok video" beside the bookmark icon; viplikes' FAQ says purchased saves "will appear in the video's analytics." Open one of your own videos and your TikTok Studio analytics and see for yourself which counts are public and which only you can see — that decides whether a bought number is a public claim or a private one.

  3. 03

    Never hand over your password

All four ranked sellers state they work from the video link alone: buycheapestfollowers says "We will never ask for your password, login credentials, or any account access," Media Mister says "We never ask for your login credentials," SocialPlug says "No signup or login required," and viplikes' FAQ describes ordering by video URL ("All TikTok video URL formats are accepted"). A seller that asks for your login can post from your account and change it; nothing on this list requires it, so refuse it everywhere.

  4. 04

Keep the video public until delivery completes

viplikes' FAQ is the plainest: the video "must be public when you place the order and remain public until the order is fully completed. Delivery will stop if the video is deleted, made private, or otherwise becomes inaccessible." Media Mister's FAQ says "change your private account to public before placing an order," and SocialPlug's site terms (read September 4, 2026) go further — switching an account to private after ordering means "the order will be forfeited and marked as completed with no refunds." Confirm each vendor's condition before you pay, not after a delivery stalls.

  5. 05

Read the remedy window, not the headline

buycheapestfollowers publishes a 30-day refill on its product page that covers a drop "for any reason." Media Mister publishes "Free Refills for 60 Days" and a 30-day money-back guarantee for undelivered orders. viplikes' product FAQ says a refill "is reviewed individually"; its site terms answer a general drops question with "we have a 30 days drop guarantee," but the same terms' warranty clause names only "Instagram followers, Instagram likes" as covered — for TikTok saves there is no outright written promise, only the generic line. SocialPlug's product page publishes no window; its site terms allow a refill only when a drop "exceeds 25% of the total amount purchased" and only "for up to 7 days from the date of your order," with refunds "only if we have not yet fulfilled your order."

  6. 06

Start with the smallest package and hold it to the window

The smallest verified orders are 10 saves for $0.19 at buycheapestfollowers, 50 for $0.59 at viplikes, 100 for $0.95 in SocialPlug's panel and 100 for $2.00 at Media Mister. Buy small first, note the date the vendor says delivery completes, and recheck the count before the refill window closes — 7 days at SocialPlug leaves no room to wait.

What a TikTok save is, and what a bought one cannot be

Every page above sells saves on the same story: a viewer bookmarks your video, comes back to it, and TikTok notices. Here is what that story requires, quoted from the sellers themselves, and the part of it no package includes.

The action you are paying for

A save is a bookmark. SocialPlug's page puts it plainly — "When someone bookmarks your video, TikTok sees it as a strong signal" — and then explains why it would: "Saved videos get rewatched. That rewatch often turns into a like, a comment, or a share." buycheapestfollowers calls the save "the only 'delayed intent' signal — the user is telling the algorithm this content has future value," and Media Mister says "Every save on your TikTok video is a signal that your content is worth coming back to." Three vendors, one premise: the value of a save is the return visit it predicts.

Now read the offer against the premise. buycheapestfollowers' page says "If 100 people save your video, that creates 100 built-in re-shows over the coming weeks" — re-shows to the people who saved it. The people who saved it, in a paid order, are accounts the vendor operates or supplies. No one paid them to watch again, and nothing on any of the four pages says they will. Whatever a genuine bookmark tells TikTok, a purchased one is a bookmark in a collection nobody opens. That is not a claim about TikTok's algorithm; it is a description of the product.

The sellers' algorithm claims, and where they come from

buycheapestfollowers makes the most specific claims of the four: a "2025 signal hierarchy (Shares > Saves > Comments > Likes)," a "compounding view loop that no other engagement action triggers," and a "90-day shelf life" that saves extend. The page's own sourcing is "The hierarchy that creators and analysts widely report" and "According to recent platform data" — no TikTok document is linked anywhere on it. SocialPlug's "Stronger than a like, arguably stronger than a comment" and Media Mister's "Saves show that your content is worth revisiting, which boosts watch time" are likewise the sellers' statements.

We could not open tiktok.com from our machine on September 4, 2026 to test any of it against TikTok's own explanation of its recommendation system, so this page reports the claims as claims and does not repeat them as fact. It also does not need to settle them: even if every word were true, each claim describes what TikTok does with a real person's bookmark, and the section above explains why a paid one is not that.

TikTok's rules, quoted with the date we read them

TikTok's Integrity & Authenticity policy — the version reading "Released August 14, 2025 • Effective September 13, 2025," which we read on August 22, 2026 for our TikTok-followers safety guide and could not re-open on September 4 because tiktok.com refused the connection from our machine — states: "we don't allow accounts that mislead or try to manipulate our platform, or the trade of services that artificially boost engagement or trick the recommendation system." Its list of what is not allowed includes "Buying or selling followers or engagement for financial gain." A save is engagement; nothing in the policy carves it out.

The same policy states the consequences: "If we detect accounts or content with inauthentic metrics, we'll remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals," and for deceptive account behavior TikTok "may: Ban your account / Ban additional or new accounts you create / Restrict your account, which could include limiting your ability to post new content, appear in top search results, or in the FYF." Set that beside Media Mister's "100% Safe" title and "no risk involved whatsoever," SocialPlug's "complies with TikTok's policies" and its panel's "platforms can't detect any unusual activity," and buycheapestfollowers' "With a quality provider, yes." The vendors are describing their hopes; the policy is describing TikTok's stated intent. Only viplikes' product page declines to promise anything about safety at all.

Price per 1,000 saves, read September 4, 2026

Four ladders, one date, struck "was" prices ignored. The per-1,000 rate is the number to compare; the remedy behind it is the number to buy on.

The four ladders side by side

At 1,000 saves: SocialPlug $2.90 (panel checkout), buycheapestfollowers $4.99, viplikes $5.79, Media Mister $9.00. At the smallest package each sells: buycheapestfollowers 10 saves for $0.19, viplikes 50 for $0.59, SocialPlug 100 for $0.95, Media Mister 100 for $2.00. At 10,000: SocialPlug $24.00, viplikes $42.99, buycheapestfollowers $49.99, Media Mister $60.00.

At the top of each ladder the order changes: SocialPlug's 100,000 saves cost $210.00 and viplikes' $229.99, while buycheapestfollowers' cost $399.99 — its bulk discount is the shallowest here, $4.00 per 1,000 at the top against $4.99 at the bottom. Media Mister stops at 50,000 per order, $278.00 on the read date. SocialPlug's panel lists 250,000 and 500,000 tiers as well — 500,000 saves were priced at $600.00 on the read date — which no other ranked vendor matches, though its product page still says "Order up to 100k saves."

The remedy behind each price

The cheapest ladder carries the narrowest remedy. SocialPlug's product page publishes no refill window; its site terms, read September 4, 2026, allow a refill only when a drop "exceeds 25% of the total amount purchased," only "for up to 7 days from the date of your order," and give refunds "only if we have not yet fulfilled your order." buycheapestfollowers, at $4.99 per 1,000, prints a 30-day refill on the page that covers a drop "for any reason." viplikes, at $5.79, says "we have a 30 days drop guarantee" in a general answer in its terms, names only "Instagram followers, Instagram likes" in the same terms' warranty clause, and calls each refill "reviewed individually" in its product FAQ — the least definite wording here. Media Mister, at $9.00, publishes "Free Refills for 60 Days" and a 30-day money-back guarantee for undelivered orders.

None of this is ours to verify — no orders were placed for this page, and the only hands-on work this site has done is a five-service Instagram-follower pilot that never touched TikTok. We quote the windows so you can hold each vendor to its own words, and we quote TikTok's policy so you know what the windows exist to cover.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Can you buy TikTok saves?

Yes. Four of the growth services we track sell TikTok saves, and we read each vendor's live page on September 4, 2026: buycheapestfollowers priced 1,000 saves at $4.99 on a 28-package grid that starts at 10 saves for $0.19; SocialPlug's panel checkout priced 100 saves at $0.95 and 1,000 at $2.90; viplikes priced 50 saves at $0.59 and 1,000 at $5.79; and Media Mister's order form priced 100 saves at $2.00 and 1,000 at $9.00. Each delivers against a public video link and none asks for a password. Paying is the easy part; what a bought save is, and is not, is covered in the answers below.

What is a TikTok save, and what does buying one actually give you?

A save is a viewer bookmarking your video to come back to it later — the vendors themselves describe it that way (SocialPlug: "When someone bookmarks your video"; buycheapestfollowers: a "delayed intent" signal; Media Mister: "a signal that your content is worth coming back to"). Buying saves gives you a higher save count on the video. It does not give you the return visit, because the account doing the saving is an account the vendor supplied, not a person who wanted the video later. Every argument the four pages make for why saves matter — re-shows, rewatches, credibility with brands — is an argument about a viewer who comes back, and that viewer is the one thing not included in the price.

Is it safe to buy TikTok saves?

No seller can promise it is, and TikTok's own policy says the opposite of what three of these pages claim. TikTok's Integrity & Authenticity policy, which we read on August 22, 2026 (the dated version reads "Released August 14, 2025 • Effective September 13, 2025"; we could not open tiktok.com from our machine on September 4), states: "we don't allow accounts that mislead or try to manipulate our platform, or the trade of services that artificially boost engagement or trick the recommendation system," lists "Buying or selling followers or engagement for financial gain" under spam it does not allow, and says "If we detect accounts or content with inauthentic metrics, we'll remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals." Its stated consequences run from removing the signals to restricting or banning the account. Against that, Media Mister's title says "100% Safe" and its FAQ "no risk involved whatsoever," SocialPlug's FAQ says buying saves "complies with TikTok's policies," and buycheapestfollowers' FAQ answers "Is it safe to buy TikTok saves?" with "With a quality provider, yes." Those are the vendors' claims. viplikes' product page makes no safety claim at all. The account-security risk is separate and avoidable: all four ranked sellers deliver from a public video link, and none should ever be given your password.

Do saves help the TikTok algorithm, like the sellers say?

The sellers say so in strong terms, and none of them cites TikTok for it. buycheapestfollowers' page asserts that "TikTok schedules a re-show of that video back to them in future sessions," that saves rank second in a "2025 signal hierarchy (Shares > Saves > Comments > Likes)," and that standard content has a "90-day shelf life" — attributed to "creators and analysts" and "recent platform data," with no link. SocialPlug's page says a save is "Stronger than a like, arguably stronger than a comment." We could not open TikTok's documentation on September 4, 2026 to check any of it, so we report the claims as claims. Two things we can say without TikTok's help: whatever a real bookmark signals, it signals that a person intends to return, and a bought save carries no such person; and TikTok's policy, read August 22, 2026, names "the trade of services that … trick the recommendation system" as something it does not allow and says inflated signals it detects are removed — which is a statement that the algorithm is built to discount exactly what these pages sell, not to reward it.

Can people see how many saves a TikTok video has?

We are not going to answer that from memory. TikTok's help pages were unreachable from our machine on September 4, 2026, so the honest sources we have are the sellers: buycheapestfollowers' FAQ says "The bookmark icon and save count are publicly visible on every TikTok video, displayed alongside likes, comments, and shares," and viplikes' FAQ says purchased saves "will appear in the video's analytics." Before you pay, open one of your own videos while logged out and then open its analytics in TikTok Studio, and note which numbers are public and which are yours alone. If the save count is public, a bought one is a public claim that any viewer can weigh against your view count; if it is private, you are paying to change a number only you and TikTok can see.

How much do TikTok saves cost?

Between $2.90 and $9.00 per 1,000 saves at the four ranked vendors, read September 4, 2026. SocialPlug's panel checkout priced 100 saves at $0.95, 1,000 at $2.90, 10,000 at $24.00 and 100,000 at $210.00. buycheapestfollowers' grid ran 10 saves for $0.19, 100 for $0.99, 1,000 for $4.99, 10,000 for $49.99 and 100,000 for $399.99. viplikes' ladder ran 50 for $0.59, 100 for $0.99, 1,000 for $5.79, 10,000 for $42.99 and 100,000 for $229.99. Media Mister's order form priced 100 at $2.00, 1,000 at $9.00, 10,000 at $60.00 and 50,000 at $278.00, with its title advertising "From $2." Prices change with promotions — three of the four pages showed struck "was" prices beside the live ones — so treat each vendor's checkout as authoritative on the day you buy.

Do bought TikTok saves drop, and what happens if they do?

They can — TikTok's policy, read August 22, 2026, says it will "remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals" it detects — and every remedy on this list exists because vendors expect it. Media Mister publishes the longest window: "Free Refills for 60 Days," plus a 30-day money-back guarantee if the order is not delivered. buycheapestfollowers publishes a 30-day refill on its product page: "If your save count drops for any reason during that period, we replace the difference at no additional cost." viplikes' product FAQ says a refill "may be possible … but each case is reviewed individually"; its site terms say "we have a 30 days drop guarantee" in a general answer about drops, while the same terms' warranty clause names only "Instagram followers, Instagram likes" as covered services — TikTok saves are not named anywhere. SocialPlug's product page publishes no window; its site terms allow a refill only when a drop exceeds 25% of the amount purchased, within 7 days of the order. We have not measured any vendor's TikTok retention, so read each window and trigger, then compare prices.

Where is the best place to buy TikTok saves?

buycheapestfollowers, on our reading of the four live product pages: a 28-package grid from 10 saves for $0.19, $4.99 per 1,000, and a 30-day refill written on the page that covers a drop "for any reason." If price is the only criterion, SocialPlug's panel is cheapest at every tier we read — $2.90 per 1,000, $210.00 per 100,000 — but its refill terms are the narrowest here (a 25% drop trigger inside 7 days). viplikes is the cheapest six-figure package after SocialPlug and the only one whose FAQ describes an order-tracking dashboard; Media Mister has the longest written remedies at two to three times SocialPlug's prices. All figures were read on September 4, 2026; none of this is an endorsement of the purchase itself, which the safety answer above covers.

A note on TikTok's rules

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Services reviewed on this page are independent third-party vendors with no affiliation to TikTok. This page's assessments are based on vendor-advertised terms and pricing read from each vendor's live product page, checkout or site terms on September 4, 2026; no orders were placed. TikTok's Integrity & Authenticity policy, as we read it on August 22, 2026 (tiktok.com could not be opened from our machine on September 4), states that TikTok does not allow "the trade of services that artificially boost engagement or trick the recommendation system," lists "Buying or selling followers or engagement for financial gain" under spam, and says inflated signals it detects are removed, with account restrictions or bans among its stated consequences. Where TikTok displays a save count is something we could not confirm from TikTok on the read date; the vendors' statements about it are quoted as theirs. All four ranked vendors state that delivery needs only a public video link, and none should ever be given your password. Platform policies change; read TikTok's current policy before purchasing.
