Additional Terms of Service
Each time that you agree to use another product, service, or program of HowSociable, you must review the regulations and policies governing the use of said product, service, or program.
Websites users and potential customers must operate on the website in a way that is lawful. They shall not cause damage to website content, nor the website or services offered. It is also considered unlawful to compromise website content or make it inaccessible to other users. Any user under these Terms of Agreement agrees to refrain from actions that modify, add, or subtract content from the site. Additionally, users agree that they will not access content they do not have permission to view and will use the website as it is intended to be used.
The associates, employees, and affiliates of HowSociable do not accept unsolicited advertising campaigns, marketing ideas, services, processes, product names, or new technologies. This is done with the intention of avoiding misunderstandings and business conflicts. HowSociable advises that members do not send unsolicited offers or ideas, which will immediately become HowSociable property once they are sent. The company does not have an obligation to returning information and is free to use any information for purposes they see fit, including sharing the idea with others.
Confidential and Proprietary Information
HowSociable discourages members from sending confidential or proprietary information to them through the website. Any information or materials sent to the company via the HowSociable website are considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. When submissions are sent or posted, HowSociable assumes the member has the legal right to the submission and that it does not violate any entities or laws. Furthermore, HowSociable reserves the right to use the submission royalty-free, for display or distributes, in whole or part, as the company deems fit.
Users of the HowSociable website are registered. Upon registration, members become responsible for maintaining their identity and any provided security information. The member becomes liable for any activity that happens using their unique identification and password and must restrict access to their computer, electronic devices, and security information.
HowSociable holds the right to change and correct any inaccuracies or errors that exist within the content of the website. This may be done as needed and without any prior notice. However, HowSociable is not held to the responsibility of any omissions, inaccuracies, or errors.
The Terms of Agreement defines the agreement that exists between all parties involved in the use of HowSociable according to this subject matter.
HowSociable operates in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Should any clauses established in this agreement be considered unenforceable or invalid by a competent jurisdiction in a court of law, other areas of the agreement still bind users of the HowSociable website. Disputes must be arisen in accordance with laws and regulations of the State of New York and HowSociable, and its other websites operate without regard to conflicts raised under other provisions of law.
