Life & work
Biography and career records reviewed 23 Oct 2026.
Rashed Al Majed was born in Manama and grew up between Bahrain and Dammam. His Saudi musical career is closely connected with Gulf popular song, with an early album release in the mid-1980s.
The NationalPersonal profile
His catalogue includes both albums and individual releases rather than one uniform series. The artist’s official channel provides credits for Estihala, identifying Prince Badr bin Abdulmohsen as lyricist and Dr Talal as composer.
Rashed AlMajid Official Artist ChannelAh Ya Qalbi belongs to Al Majed’s early album career, while later releases can be followed as individual recordings. His artist media kit identifies Ya Wathq in 2021 and Wainah in 2023. That release-by-release approach complements Estihala’s songwriting credits without treating every online upload as a new album.
